* Volume Lashes- With volume lash extensions, our lash technicians are able to apply three-six extensions, created into a fan, to one of your natural lashes, resulting in a beautiful, fluffy look. The 3D-6D Volume Eyelash Extensions are a great choice if you have very sparse, short natural lashes or if you simply want more volume. With the 3D-6D eyelash extensions, you have thick and luscious 3D-6D volume lashes!

Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for an appointment that is cancelled less than 48 business hours before the appointment time, with the exception of the eyelash extension full set appointments.

EYELASH EXTENSION FULL SET APPOINTMENTS

We require a $50 deposit for an Eyelash extension FULL SET service. (2 hour appointment)

By paying this deposit, you agree to Luxxeyes deposit policy.

DEPOSIT POLICY – Your $50 deposit secures your eyelash full set appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase of a full set at the time of your appointment. Luxxeyes has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 48 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Since the eyelash full set appointment requires a deposit, the cancellation fee will not apply.

Late Arrivals

We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Eyelash Fills

We will perform lash fills on work that was not originally done from Luxxeyes. We care about the health of your lashes. Sometimes, the previous lash work not done by Luxxeyes, may be determined by the lash artist to be harmful to your lashes and may be suggested to have them removed. You would then need to purchase a full set of eyelash extensions.

Lash Extensions Aftercare Tips:

Caring for your eyelash extensions requires some maintenance to ensure that you get the best of the lash extensions. Below are some of the recommended aftercare practices after you have installed your lashes.

• Avoid getting lash extensions wet in the first 24 hours after it has been applied.

• Stay away from steam rooms, showers, gyms, and facials within the first 24 hours after the lash has been applied.

• If you love your lashes, it is recommended that you wash it daily with an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup, oils, and also to prevent bacteria build-up.

• Brush your lashes daily to promote beauty, however, it is recommended that you avoid brushing the lashes when wet or after you have engaged in a sweaty exercise. If you must, gently dab on the area around the eyelash with a lint-free cloth before brushing it.

• Avoid the application of mascara on your lash extension. This can over time affect the beauty of the eyelash and bring it in contact with more moisture than it requires to stay glued.

• When cleaning the face with a lash in place, it is recommended that you make use of oil-free products as this contributes to the longevity of your lashes.

• Enhance beauty by sleeping on your back to avoid crushing or damaging the area. It is also recommended that you change your pillowcase as often as possible to avoid the build-up of bacteria.

• When dealing with heat or heated materials, be careful to avoid burning or melting the lash extension. When cooking, allow the steam escape from the oven or pot first before reaching in to avoid moisture build-up.

• Exercise care when spraying facial or hair products. If you must, be sure to cover the lashes with one hand to protect them. Also, remember to wash off your hands after this to prevent bringing it in contact with the lashes.

• The retention-bond applied on the lashes can also be affected by allergy season, crying, and some medications, including eye drops.

• If you must rub your eyes, make sure that it is done gently. Rubbing the eyes violently can cause damage to the lashes. Avoid playing with, picking, or pulling of the lashes.
